FieldBin’s inventory management software enables business owners to catalog their inventory along with associated information pertinent to those individual items. The inventory is then integrated into the Estimates and Invoices module enabling business owners to easily add items from inventory for customers. By tracking stock levels diligently, business owners will be to reduce over spending and eliminate waste.

Effective inventory management is essential for field service businesses to ensure timely service, reduce costs, and improve profitability. It enhances operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and enables better planning and forecasting.

FieldBin provides iOS and Android mobile apps for your phone or tablet so that you can view your inventory levels, look up your prices and make adjustments as necessary.

FieldBin’s inventory management platform allows for tracking of purchase costs and prices. These inventory items can be viewed by your technicians; however, the product does not offer a typical pricebook option, at this time.

When properly accounting for stock levels at locations, you’ll be able to view real-time inventory levels based on the areas you designate. 

At this time, we recommend creating your purchasing orders out of QuickBooks or your preferred accounting software.

At this time, FieldBin does not integrate with vendors for purchasing. If you are interested in FieldBin and this functionality, please reach out to our team so we can learn more about your specific needs.

At this time, there is no formal materials request functionality in the product. If you still want to pursue FieldBin as a solution for your services company then reach out to us and we may be able to prioritize the feature.

At this time, there is not native check-in and check-out actions. Current customers are using the Notes section to mark when items are checked-in and checked-out. If you have questions about how to incorporate FieldBin into your inventory workflow, don’t hesitate to reach out to speak with one of our team members.

Currently, FieldBin does not support a native proof of delivery workflow. However, current customers are using “Notes” and “Stock Levels” to track changes of location and noting delivery of good.

Upon arrival, add a “New Note” confirming the delivery of goods. Next, update the stock levels for the appropriate location.

Yes, you can integrate your Quickbooks Online account (Quickbooks Desktop not available) and it will sync your list of inventory item names, descriptions, and prices. If you’d like to know more about the integration, feel free to reach out for more information.
